Here's my list for what I believe your learners should reasonably be able to expect of you in their online classroom.

An Idea for Your Course

I encourage you to reflect on what learners should reasonably be able to expect of you. Ask them! Let them share what they think. Tell them what you expect of them as learners and collaborators in your online classroom. Ask them what they think they should be contributing and what their conduct should be. You may be surprised. They may set the bar higher than you would have.
